Art Kelen is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data when you use our platform, marketplace, and editorial.
01 — Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you choose to provide. When you make a purchase, we process your billing address, shipping address, and payment details — but payment card numbers are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.
When you browse the platform, we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL. We use cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Preferences page.
02 — How We Use Your Data
We use your information to operate the platform: to deliver the artworks you order, to send transactional emails about your account and purchases, and to send the editorial newsletter if you have subscribed. We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.
03 — Sharing With Third Parties
We share your data only with the partners required to operate the service: our payment processors (Stripe), our shipping providers, our email delivery service (Brevo), and our hosting provider. Each is bound by their own data protection commitments and processes data only as needed to deliver their service to us.
04 — Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct any inaccuracies, to request deletion of your account and data, to object to certain uses, and to receive a portable export of your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address below — we respond within 30 days.
05 — Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and legal obligations. Newsletter preferences are kept until you unsubscribe; after that, only the unsubscribe record is retained, to ensure we do not accidentally email you again.
