Biography

Senegalese stylist Safiétou Seck is the founder of the clothing label SARAYAA. An economist by training, she has devoted herself to fashion and styling since 2014.

SARAYAA's creations are aimed at the woman of the modern world. It is a high-end label that she defines as tradi-modern. She thereby embodies modern fashion and traditional fashion through African textiles, which she uses on contemporary cuts. SARAYAA is intended for the woman of the world, whatever her origin. Hand-woven pagne is her preferred material. She pairs it with other fabrics, but it is always present in her creations.
