Managing your Circle membership

A Circle membership is yours to manage, and it should always feel that way. This guide covers what you can do with a membership once you have one.

Your membership lives in your account. The status of your Circle membership is shown in your account — whether it is active, which cycle it is on, and when it next renews. You are never left unsure about where your membership stands.

Renewal. Circle membership is a subscription, so it continues on the cycle you chose — renewing monthly or annually — keeping your membership unbroken without you having to act each time. This is the convenience of a subscription: it simply continues until you decide otherwise.

Changing your membership. If you want to move between the monthly and annual cycles, your account is where to do it. Choosing the annual cycle is the option for a member who knows they want to stay; the monthly cycle suits a lighter, more open-ended approach. The change settles into your billing in a clear way.

Ending your membership. If you decide the Circle is no longer for you, you can end your membership. There is no difficulty placed in your way and no need to explain yourself — it is your decision. When you end a membership, you remain a member through the period you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew after that. You then continue on the free Discovery tier, with full access to the heart of the platform.

Ending the Circle does not diminish your account. This is worth being clear about: leaving the Circle does not close your account or take away the core of Art Kelen. You keep your account, the artists you follow, the work you have saved, your order history. The Circle is something you add and can step back from; it is not the foundation your account stands on.

If you need help. If anything about your membership — a renewal, a change, ending it, a question about billing — is unclear, a support conversation will sort it out with you.

A membership you can see, change, and end freely is a membership you can hold with ease. The Circle is meant to be exactly that.
