Once you are an approved artist, listing a work is straightforward. Each piece you submit goes through a short review before it appears in the marketplace, so the listing stays curated end to end.
From your dashboard, choose to submit a new work. You will be asked for a set of details that together make up the listing:
Images come first, and they matter most — a separate guide covers photographing work well. You can include several views of a piece; lead with the strongest, full image.
The essentials: title, year, medium, and dimensions. Be precise. Collectors rely on these, and accurate dimensions in particular shape how a piece is understood and shipped.
The description is where the work is given context — what it is, what it explores, what a viewer should know. A following guide goes deeper on writing this well.
Price and availability: set your price, or choose to have the piece shown as price-on-application if you prefer enquiries to open the conversation. You will also set how the work ships.
When you submit, the work enters review. This is a curatorial and quality check — confirming the listing is complete, the images are clear, and the piece fits the platform. Most reviews are quick. You will be notified when the work is published, and from that point it is live for collectors to discover, follow, and enquire about.
Your first listing is the slowest; after that the rhythm comes quickly.
