Your order receipt and records

Every acquisition you make on Art Kelen leaves a clear record. Knowing where to find it — and keeping it — is part of collecting well.

Your orders live in your account. When you acquire a work, the order is recorded in your account. Each one shows the work, the artist, what you paid, the date, and how the order has progressed. It is a complete, traceable record of the transaction, available to you whenever you want it.

A confirmation when you order. When your order is confirmed, you receive confirmation by email as well. It is worth keeping that message — a simple, dated record of the acquisition arriving in your own inbox.

Why records matter to a collector. A collection is not only the works on your walls — it is also their provenance, the quiet documentation of where each piece came from and when it entered your care. Your Art Kelen order records are part of that documentation. For insurance, for your own catalogue, or simply for the satisfaction of a well-kept collection, they are worth holding on to.

The artist behind the work. Your order connects to the artist and their profile, so the human origin of each piece stays linked to it. Years later, the record will still tell you whose hands made the work you live with.

If you need something formal. If you require documentation of an acquisition beyond what your account and confirmation email provide — for insurance or other formal purposes — a support conversation is the place to ask. Mention the specific work or order, and we will help.

Acquire the work for love. Keep the record for everything else.
