Payment methods and security

Paying on Art Kelen is designed to be straightforward and secure. This guide covers how payment is made and how your details are protected.

Paying for a work. When you acquire a piece, payment is made securely through the platform at the point of confirming your order. Before you confirm, the full total is shown to you — the work and any delivery cost — so there is never a figure you did not expect.

Your payment details are handled securely. Payments on Art Kelen are processed through secure, industry-standard systems. Your sensitive payment information is protected in transit and is not something Art Kelen stores casually or shares. Paying for art online should feel as safe as any considered purchase, and it is built to.

Pay only on the platform. Every legitimate payment for a work happens on Art Kelen, at the point of acquiring. You should never be asked to pay for a work by direct bank transfer to an artist, by sending money through an unrelated service, or by any route that takes you off the platform. A request to pay off-platform is the clearest warning sign there is — it is not how Art Kelen works, and it strips away every protection described in this category.

What Art Kelen will never ask. We will never ask for your password. We will never ask you to move a payment off the platform. We will never pressure you to pay urgently, outside the normal flow of acquiring a work. If a message does any of these things, it is not from us — treat it with suspicion and tell us.

If a payment does not go through. Occasionally a payment does not complete on the first attempt — an ordinary hiccup, not a cause for alarm. Your order is simply not yet confirmed. You can try again, and if a difficulty persists, a support conversation will help.

Pay with the same calm confidence you would bring to any considered purchase. The platform is built to deserve it.
