Most payouts move exactly as expected. When one seems slow, there is almost always a clear, resolvable reason. Here are the usual ones, and what to do.
The release window has not closed yet. Remember the rule: payment is released after the work is delivered and the order is confirmed, which can take up to 7 days after delivery. If your work was delivered recently, the payout may simply be inside that normal window. Your dashboard shows you where the sale stands.
Delivery has not completed. Release follows delivery. If a shipment is still in transit, or a delivery has not yet been confirmed, the release has not begun — not because anything is wrong, but because the sale is not yet complete. Tracking your shipment and keeping the order moving is the fastest way forward.
Your payout details need attention. The single most common cause of a genuinely delayed payout is incomplete or out-of-date payout details. Check the Payouts area of your dashboard — if something needs completing or correcting, it will be shown there. Your earnings are not lost; they are waiting for the setup to be finished.
An order is in question. Occasionally a sale involves a query or a dispute between the parties. While that is being resolved, the related payout waits — this is the protection working as intended, for you as much as the collector. The relevant guides under Policies, Trust & Safety explain how these resolutions work.
When to reach out. If your dashboard shows a sale delivered and confirmed, your payout details are complete, the normal window has clearly passed, and you still see no payout — that is the moment to open a support conversation. Mention the specific work or sale. We will look into it directly and tell you exactly what is happening.
You should never be left wondering about your own earnings. If you are, ask — that is what support is for.
