Setting up to receive your payouts

For your earnings to reach you without friction, a few things need to be in place. Setting them up early — ideally before your first sale — means that when a payment is released, nothing stands between it and you.

Your payout details. Art Kelen needs to know how to send your earnings to you. From the Payouts area of your artist dashboard, you can provide and confirm the details we use to pay you. Take care to enter them accurately — a small error here is the most common cause of a delayed payout.

Keep your details current. If anything about how you receive money changes, update it in your dashboard before your next sale, not after. A payout sent on out-of-date details is slower to resolve than one that simply waited for you to update.

Your account details should match. Where the platform asks for identifying information so payouts can be made correctly, give details that are accurate and consistent. This is ordinary good practice for receiving payments anywhere, and it protects you from avoidable hold-ups.

Currency. Payouts are handled in euro. When you price a work in another currency, the amount is settled to a euro figure for your payout. Your dashboard shows you the figures clearly so there are no surprises.

If something is missing. If a payout cannot yet be sent because details are incomplete, your dashboard will make that visible, and your earnings are not lost — they are simply waiting for you to complete the setup. Putting it in place promptly is all that is needed.

A few minutes spent here, once, means every future payout can simply flow.
