Managing your listings over time

Listing a work is not the end of the story. A portfolio is a living thing, and your artist dashboard is where you keep it in good order.

Your listings, in one place. The My listings area of your dashboard shows everything you have on the platform — published works, pieces still in review, and any drafts you have started but not yet submitted. It is the working overview of your presence.

Editing a listing. You can update a work’s details — its description, images, price, or shipping — from your dashboard. Some changes are immediate; more substantial ones may pass through a brief review again, the same care that applied when the work was first listed. If a description can be sharper or an image improved, it is always worth doing.

When a work is no longer available. If a piece sells elsewhere, or you simply wish to withdraw it, you can take it down so collectors are not enquiring about something they cannot acquire. Keeping your available work genuinely available is a courtesy collectors notice and trust.

Keep things current. A portfolio that is tended — accurate, up to date, with withdrawn work removed and strong new work added — reads as a serious practice. One left untended can quietly cost you a collector’s confidence.

A note on works with an active enquiry or sale. If a piece is in the middle of a conversation with a collector, or part of an order in progress, treat changes to it with care — and when in doubt, a support conversation will tell you the right way to proceed.

A few minutes spent in My listings now and then keeps your presence on Art Kelen sharp.
